Built for paintless dent repair, not adapted from collision

Hail estimates your adjuster doesn't argue with.

Price every panel from your own severity matrix, document the damage line by line, run supplements that hold up, and pay the crew from the same numbers. One system from the lot to the invoice.

The estimate

This is the actual screen, not a mockup of one.

Sections in the order they print. Continuous line numbers you can cite on the phone. Operation codes, band ranges, hours where hours are the basis, and a running total that never leaves the screen.

Everything a hail operation runs on.

Priced from your matrix, not guesswork

Every panel prices from one severity matrix — panel × dent size × band. Dent count selects the band; it never multiplies a per-dent rate. Aluminum, glue pull, oversize and double-panel upcharges apply on top, and a flat price is always available when you've agreed one.

Documents an adjuster takes seriously

Estimate, invoice, repair authorization, photo damage sheet and a combined adjuster package. Every one carries your shop identity, license and tax ID, the estimate number and revision, who prepared it, your rates in force, the validity period and your warranty wording.

Supplements that hold up

A sent estimate locks as the version of record. Supplements carry a reason code, mark every line New or Changed against the version they replace, and compare side by side. Every save is checkpointed, so you can see what changed, who changed it, and put it back.

Evidence tied to the line it justifies

Photos attach to a specific estimate line, not a loose gallery. The damage sheet groups them under the line they document and tags them 6a, 6b so an adjuster can follow a figure to the photograph and back.

Pay the crew the way you actually pay them

Commission, hourly, flag hours, salary or per panel — each technician computed by their own type, so nobody's arrangement affects anyone else's. Split a single line between techs by percentage. The facility fee comes off the commissionable base before the split, not after.

Carriers, dealers, fleets and rental

Billing accounts carry their own labor rate, tax treatment, terms and approval threshold. The builder enforces that threshold before an estimate can go out, and consolidated statements bill a whole account at once.

On the lot

Written where the car is.

A catastrophe deployment is a tent, a phone, and a row of cars. The builder is designed for that first and a desk second.

  • Tap the car, not a form

A proportional vehicle map heat-mapped by your own severity bands. Tap a panel to write its line.

  • Reads like an estimate

Sections in printing order, continuous line numbers, op codes, and band ranges — never a raw dent count.

  • Saves itself

Autosave with a save state that tells the truth, and a hard stop if a second estimator saved while you were editing.

  • Send it anywhere

A read-only link for the customer, a PDF for the adjuster, a statement for the account.

Security

Your pricing is yours.

Your matrix is the most commercially sensitive thing you own. Every record is isolated to your shop at the database level, not just in the application.

Row-level isolation

Every table is scoped to your organization inside the database, so a query can't reach another shop's rows even if the application asks it to.

Role-gated payroll

Compensation, org settings and pricing changes are restricted to owners and admins, enforced in the database as well as the interface.

Full audit trail

Every estimate save is checkpointed with who changed what, and the sent version is locked as the record for payroll and audit.

Your data, exportable

Estimates, payroll and reports export to PDF and CSV whenever you want them.

Set your matrix once. Write every estimate from it.

Start with your own panel prices, severity bands and labor rate. The first estimate you write is already yours.
